2. Process (strength)
The process of wet curtain paper can be judged by seeing, touching, and smelling with your nose. Look at the corrugated pattern of the wet curtain paper, the corrugated pattern of the high-quality wet curtain paper is neat and consistent; Touch back and forth with your hand on the water curtain, generally speaking, the quality with high hardness is better than the small hardness (it should be noted here that the hardness is not necessarily completely better than the small hardness, because the hardness can be achieved by adjusting the proportion of red glue, although the hardness of such paper meets the requirements, but because of the destruction of the composition of the paper, the water absorption is generally poor); Smell the smell of wet cord paper, the small taste is definitely better than the large taste (the quality of the glue used directly affects the taste of the wet cord paper).
There is a "monolithic curing process" in the production process of wet curtain paper, which is a process that many regular manufacturers have, which can increase the hardness of wet curtain paper and increase the service life of wet pad.
In addition to the hardness judgment, the strength of the wet curtain paper can also be judged by the number of sheets of the water curtain paper, taking the 600mm wide 7090 type wet curtain paper as an example, because the corrugation height is 7mm, the 600mm wide wet curtain paper needs about 85 sheets according to the standard calculation, and the normal error range ± 2 sheets, that is to say, it is a standard product between 83-87 sheets. Many manufacturers cut corners to reduce production costs, the actual number of sheets is less than 80, such wet curtain paper after a period of time after the size has been reduced, resulting in a good wet curtain wall in the middle of the gap is very large, you need to polish your eyes when buying wet curtain paper.
3. Water absorption
High-quality wet pad paper does not contain surfactants, absorbs water naturally, spreads quickly, and has long-lasting efficacy. A drop of water can be diffused in 4~5 seconds. The international industry standard natural water absorption is 60~70mm/5min or 200mm/1.5hour. It should be noted here that many manufacturers use recycled pulp and paper to produce shoddy products, and the water absorption and service life of the paper produced by this raw material are far less than that of Jiamusi virgin pulp paper.
We can see the low resistance and air permeability from the light transmittance of the wet curtain paper, which shows that the wet curtain paper has excellent air permeability and moisture properties, which can ensure that the water evenly penetrates the entire wet curtain wall, and the three-dimensional space design of the wet curtain paper provides an evaporation surface area for the heat exchange of water and air, and the high water resistance has a large evaporation ratio.
4. Use matching
(1) There are mainly 7090, 6090 and 5090 wet cord models, and the corresponding corrugation height, that is, the diameter of the honeycomb hole is 7mm, 6mm and 5mm; The corrugated angle is 45 degrees + 45 degrees. Generally, the 7090 type is recommended for the space with more dust and the environment with poor water quality, and the 5090 type is recommended for the environment and mechanical equipment with good water quality and less dust in the use space.
(2) The conventional thickness of wet curtain paper is mainly 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm and 30 cm, of which 10 cm and 15 cm series are the most widely used, and other sizes can be customized.
(3) The color of wet curtain paper is also varied: brown, green, yellow, black, etc., among which brown, that is, the primary color, is the most widely used. For single-sided spraying color curing, it improves the shortcomings of traditional wet pads such as fragile and inconvenient surface cleaning, with high strength and strong impact resistance, and adopts a special process to effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and algae. When choosing a single-sided spraying color, you should ask the manufacturer about the depth of spraying, which is generally 2-3cm.
