1. Water Flow: The water should be evenly distributed across the evaporative cooling pad, ensuring the pad is moistened along the ripples with the water flow. The water supply can be controlled by adjusting the water volume.
2. Quality Control: Maintain clean water with a pH of 6-9 and a concentration less than 1000 micrograms per cubic meter. Use conductive water. Regularly clean the water tank and circulation system to ensure the cleanliness of the evaporative cooling pad water supply system and minimize dust accumulation in the circulating water to maintain a good water supply.
3. When the evaporative cooling pad is uneven or the pad is damp, adjust the water supply valve, pump, or check the piping for proper functioning. Rinse the water tank promptly to remove dirt from the water supply and circulation system.
4. Daily Maintenance: After stopping the pump for 20-30 minutes, turn off the blower. Clean the evaporative cooling pad weekly.
5. Cooling Pad Cleaning: If there is scale on the evaporative cooling pad, wait until it dries, then gently brush it with a soft brush, avoiding horizontal brushing, before restarting the water supply system to remove surface crusts or dust. This is the best way to clean the evaporative cooling pad. (Do not use steam or high-pressure cooling pad)
6. Safety suggestion: In seasons without cooling pad, rodent-proof netting can be used or sprayed under the cooling pad.
